Refund Policy

1. Digital Subscription Service

dexie Pro is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to premium features upon payment. As access to the service is granted immediately upon subscription, the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply.

2. No Automatic Refunds

Due to the immediate nature of digital subscription access, we do not offer automatic refunds. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date.

3. Case-by-Case Refunds

We understand that situations vary, and we may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us and we will review your request fairly.

4. Forgotten Cancellations

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service. We are not liable for charges incurred because a subscription was not cancelled in time. We recommend setting a reminder if you intend to cancel, or managing your subscription through the account settings page at any time.

5. How to Request a Refund

Include your account email address and a brief explanation. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the service has been abused or if the refund request is fraudulent. Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
